Start Your Electric Future Today

We are currently recruiting people whose positive attitudes and determination to succeed would make them an excellent addition to our Training Program.

Applications for admission to the JATC are accepted once a year.  While the dates will vary a little, you can expect us to open the application process in the beginning of November and it traditionally lasts a couple of weeks.  Those that complete the apllication will be asked back for a basic mechanical aptitude test sometime in January or February.  Those that meet the minimum test score will be scheduled for an interview in the spring.

The Joint Apprentice and Training Committee has decided that they will not be accepting applications for the
2010 – 2011 electrical and telecommunications apprentice programs.

Those applicants who applied to the JATC in 2008
and interviewed in April 2009 will make up the list from which the 2010 – 2011 electrical and telecommunications programs will be selected.

Please check back with this website in October 2010
for information on the electrical and telecommunications programs for 2011 – 2012.
